Privacy Policy

This is a public draft for the LGBTQIA+ early-access site. It is not a final legal policy and will be reviewed before the product launches.

What this site collects

When you request early access, we collect your first name, email address, city, optional safety feedback, and the time you gave consent to receive LGBTQIA+ updates.

How it is used

We use it to manage early-access interest and understand what would help the community feel safer. This release does not send marketing emails automatically and does not sell waitlist information.

Retention and deletion

Waitlist entries are deleted after 12 months unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Send deletion requests to contact@lgbtqiaplus.app.

Security and sharing

Waitlist information is stored separately from social-member data and is not exposed through a public data API. This draft will be updated to describe vetted service providers before they are used.
